Clinic Nurse

Responsibilities:

Perform vital sign measurements and assist doctors and patients during consultations.
Conduct clinic procedures, including vaccinations, pap smears, ECG taking, phlebotomy, and other procedures within the nursing profession.
Verify patients' identities by reading patient identification.
Maintain specimen integrity by utilizing aseptic techniques, following department procedures, and observing isolation procedures.
Potentially be assigned to community sites for vaccination, phlebotomy, and testing services.
Provide pre-vaccination education, disseminate clear, consistent, and accurate information about vaccines, including common side effects.
Engage with individuals to address barriers to receiving the vaccine and offer problem-solving support.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.
Create a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following established standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
Manage and maintain supplies inventory by regularly checking stock to determine inventory levels.
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in nursing and healthcare by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent nursing degree.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
CPR certification.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform various nursing procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic and caring attitude toward patients.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new healthcare practices and technologies.
